A mysterious person investigates a shocking event that brings into question what is real and what is a simulation. This short film examines our sense of reality and truth through the lens of surveillance and alternate realities. It is a commentary on humanity’s relationship with technology and it is a unique meta introspection given that it was entirely created using generative AI video.
About Chikai Ohazama
Chikai Ohazama is among an emerging group of artists using generative AI to create cinematic works, pushing the medium into new territory. Chikai has had notable success in the digital art space with sold out collections such as “Anthrocinematica”, “Panopticon” and his generative art collection “Circle of Frens”. Chikai’s career has been quite diverse, starting with his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering then being a co-creator of Google Earth, and now as a cinematic AI filmmaker.
